VelocityAP Cat Delete Pipes

from 795.00

There are two exhaust setups on the V8 Vantage. Prior to MY10.25, the exhaust system had one pair of catalytic converters (“cats”). Early in MY2010 (at MY10.25), additional cats were added the cars. These were located in the exhaust manifolds (AKA “headers”). They became the primary cats, which are metered by the car, and the cats in the original location became the secondaries, which aren’t metered.

If you remove the cats from a pre-MY10.25 car, you WILL need an engine tune. However, the secondaries can be removed from a post-MY10.25 car without any issues.

PRE-MY10.25

Want to get every ounce of performance out of your 4.3L V8 Vantage? These cat-delete pipes completely remove the catalysts from your exhaust system. They'll give real-world consistent gains of 20 bhp and 18 ft/lbs, plus a weight reduction of 12 lbs.

Installation hardware included!

Because the OEM catalysts are metered by o2 sensors, I highly recommend purchasing a tune in conjunction with this product. You can also buy them as a package.

Check out our DIY Guide if you’re installing these yourself.

POST MY10.25

The 2011+ V8 Vantage has two sets of catalytic converters. The primaries are now located in the exhaust manifolds, and a set of secondary cats were added to further reduce emissions and muffle exhaust noise. These cat-delete pipes completely remove the secondary catalysts from your exhaust system. They'll give real-world consistent gains of 12 bhp and 12 ft/lbs.

Installation hardware included!

Because the secondary OEM catalysts are not metered by o2 sensors, you do not need a tune in conjunction with this product.

Check out our DIY Guide if you’re installing these yourself.
